I have a 3.5 year old and a 1 year old and every year I struggle when it comes time for planning their birthday parties. I ask myself, "Where should we have the party?", "What theme for the party?" I want to plan the perfect party but where do I begin?

I am blessed to be a part of a fantastic Navy Spouse Group on Facebook and the question was asked about Birthday Ideas in Hampton Roads. The following list comes from these wonderful ladies suggestion! There are some great ideas!
