If you are looking for a typical Mexican Restaurant, this is not the place for you. Pesto has taken Mexican to another level and made Mexican food in a new and different way. They have even wrapped their meats in the tacos in cheese. That being said, the food tastes amazing. I especially like their enchilada's and their table side guacamole. The restaurant itself is located near La Jolla Beach so it is a very open and breezy layout including tables outside. If you are looking for a new spin on a meal, you should give Pesto a try!
