FE Warren Air Force Base (AFB) Housing and Information:

Location:  F. E. Warren AFB is located in Wyoming's capital city, Cheyenne located within Laramie County. The people of Cheyenne welcome our military and many retirees choose to settle here. Cheyenne is the home to the Minuteman III missiles.

Sponsorship for Training Base Students: Students completing tech school with orders to F.E. Warren Air Force Base should contact their gaining unit or the Relocation Assistance Program Manager 307-773-5946 or DSN 481-5946, for sponsorship information. Students must contact one of these individuals prior to departing for their gaining base to ensure their sponsorship needs are met. Additional newcomer information is located on the F. E. Housing: Air Force Housing, 307-773-1840 or DSN 312-481-1840 

Schools: There are no DoD schools on F.E Warren AFB. In Laramie County School Districts #1 and #2, there are 44 public and private schools, including three high schools in #1 with an alternative high school, and two HSs/Junior HSs in #2. There are three Junior HSs in #1. There are 25 elementary schools in #1 and 4 in #2. There are six private schools in #1 and one can be K-12.
