Fantastic group fitness class that you do with your children in the stroller. Its a great workout. Certainly not a walk in the park. The whole time you are engaged with your child through songs and movement, making a great thing for you and your child. Instructors all have national certifications in pre and postnatal fitness. When weather allows classes are outside. In addition to the fitness classes they have moms nights out and playgroups for the little ones.
