Kathrin Egner and her team have always treated us with respect and been very easy to work with since we have rented a property with them. The team responds quickly to both text and website communications. We haven't moved out yet, so I can't speak for their practices regarding deposit returns, but overall, we have been pleased with our experiences so far.
