While the atmosphere and service at Fia Rua were great, the food was so-so. They did say they were undergoing some transition, which could be the explanation. The spinach artichoke dip was delicious, but the main courses left something to be desired. The potato cheddar soup was VERY thick and not what I expected. I would definitely give it another shot in hopes of being more impressed though.
