Staybridge suites is usually our go to hotel chain when we PCS because of the bedroom suites and weeknight meals. We stayed at the Columbus location in 2013 and again in 2017. We noticed a markable decline in the condition of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff. The rooms badly need refurbishment. We had a leaking shower our whole stay, which was not repaired. The attitude of the staff especially at breakfast was rushed and rude. We wouldn't recommend this hotel if there are other options in the area.
