Maui Mike's is a hidden gem in Wahiawa, located very close to Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Air Field. The specialty is rotisserie chicken served almost any way you can think of! I recommend getting it with fries or rice, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They offer many different types of dipping sauces and are affordably priced. Parking get be tricky, but it's worth it!
