Abuelos in Chesapeake & Hampton. To me, this is the closest resemblance of good Tex Mex since there are also locations in Texas. So if you just moved here and are used to good tex-mex. Come check out Abuelos. It is a chain restaurant, but that's kind of good because you know what you are going to get!
