Changes City Spa 1

I have heard about this salon a lot on Facebook and always wanted to try it. Today I had my first appointment and it's such a gem inside the middle of the city of Norfolk. It's located off 21st street where there are tons of local restaurants and shops. Changes City Spa really lived up and surpasses my expectations. First, it's much larger inside than it looks. They have a nail salon, hair stations, color station, and then upstairs there is a full spa. It's very tranquil and nice. I had my hair cut by Tonya then I went upstairs to the spa and had my eyebrows colored and eyelashes colored by Janssen. The esthetician was great! This is such a cute salon and there were a ton of people there so I have a feeling everyone else thinks it's awesome, too! Definitely go try it out! (I just picked Tonya randomly to do my hair and she did great so I'm sure all their stylists are good there)
