"Beautiful, Quiet, Maintained Neighborhood!"
We were thrilled to find such a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! The front and side yards are maintained, we have 2 large adult pools and a children's pool, and trails throughout the community for walking (there are also doggie stations with bags for waste). The neighborhood is beautiful because the grass and maintenance are always looking great. We had a hard time finding this in any neighborhood because a lot of people do not keep up on their yards. Resale values are high due to the appearance of the neighborhood. Extremely safe and family friendly. A range of retired, military and families, which we love. Since we don't have kids, we don't have any info about the schools.

- Recommendations: The only other neighborhoods we liked were out of our price range. This is a great value for the appearance and security that property values will remain high due to HOA maintaining front/side yards. HOA fees are very affordable at $120 per month
