I'm a military spouse married to a Navy helicopter pilot stationed at Naval Station Coronado. I am a rare San Diego native and was raised growing up in the Poway Unififed School District. I've been involved in all facets of real estate for more than 10 years now. I've lived downtown San Diego and familiar with most of the high rises with pertinent info you need to know about like parking, HOA fees etc..

San Diego - North County Inland 1-15 corridor, Poway Unified School District is a great area to begin your search especially if schools are important to you.

My husband and I recently bought our first home in Carmel Mountain Ranch. My husband had to deploy while purchasing our first home, so I know firsthand how difficult it is to purchase a home on your own with hubby unreachable out on an aircraft carrier.
