Hi! Thank you for visiting my profile.  I am a full time REALTOR since 1992. I'm known for my attention to detail, my marketing skills, communication skills and I am a strong negotiator.  Over the years I've developed systems and a team of professionals so I can give you the best moving experience possible.  Face it, you are not often given a lot of notice when you get your orders.  I am here to put in place for you the professionals you need to help with a smooth move.  My experience is vital at a time like this. 

Prior to real estate, I was a Contract Specialist for the Federal Government. I worked Civil Service for 25 years prior to leaving to fullfill my dream of being a Realtor. 

My specialities are: 55+ (Active Adults and Retirees), Relocation, Short Sales, Probate, Military Specilist, 1st time home buyers and sellers.  I serve all 3 counties of Delaware (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties).
