"As a wife of a military officer myself I would not recommend Ms. Channel. I had a terrible experience with her house hunting for a military move in 2017. I asked her in advance if she would be available to show me houses for the few days I would be in town. Yet once I arrived she was much too busy for me and kept trying to push me off on her assistant. Quite honestly had never experienced any like this in all of our years moving. We were serious about buying a house and only had a short time frame. So I had to switch to another agent who I found to be very accommodating and best of all appreciated my business instead of making me feel like a burden."
