I've been a Military spouse for 19 years with 3 children, we've moved many times, purchased several houses of our own, shown and staged our houses for viewings.  I've been on all sides of the home buying/selling/rental markets. I know the stress of a military move, I know the importance of finding a place to call home.  I know how important it is to sell your home quickly.  

Along the way I have accumulated a lot of valuable knowledge regarding PCS, home buying and selling. I decided to become a real estate agent to help others.  I know the importance of a home viewing, the big and little things that make a difference.  I know how to weigh pros and cons and the things to look for when purchasing. I know how to negotiate.  I know the stress of finding the right lender.  I know the things to avoid.  We've bought and updated, we bought not made any changes. One time we built, I learned a lot from that process too.

I graduated from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo), with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, I worked as a social worker for several years in Santa Barbara County.  I managed apartment complexes in both SLO county and Marin County in CA.  Getting my first experiences in Real Estate.  As we PCSed my love for Real Estate grew, as well as my knowledge and insight. I have walked through hundreds of homes.  I have imagined my family in them. I have made hard choices.  I've had to consider long term and short term plans.
