Melissa Emily is an Accredited Staging Professional Realtor & a Certified Military Residential Specialist, Licensed in the State of TN. She obtained her Bachelors Degree from Ramapo College of NJ in Public Relations (May 2010) & an Associates Degree from Bergen Community College in Broadcast Communications (May 2008).

Melissa is originally from NY/NJ, she first arrived to Clarksville, Tn in 2009 when her husband was station at Fort Campbell. After having her daughter she quickly fell in Love with Clarksville, TN & decided to purchase a home here where she envisions raising her daughter for many more years to come!

She has been a widely respected member of the Clarksville Association of Realtors since May 2013. During the short time she has been licensed as a Realtor she has exceed above the “Average” Real Estate Agent with her Successful Sales, Staging & Marketing Techniques. Her track record remains one which is honorable, a record she attributes to always placing her client’s interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well.

Melissa’s real estate career includes considerable experience in New Construction Residential Sales & Existing Residential Sales. As a Stager she has the ability to guide Sellers on the Do’s & Dont’s when Preparing your home to Sell as well as teaching buyers how living in a Staged Home can be Functional.
