 Neil is serving Heroes in Houston, Tomball, Magnolia and surrounding areas.

Neil says that the greatest moments he has enjoyed as a Realtor have come since he began working primarily with veterans and first responders.  Closing day has taken on a whole new meaning when he sees how his efforts have made the transaction possible. His association with this Foundation motivated him to acquire the designation as a Military Relocation Professional.

Neil Caldwell was raised in Baltimore where he volunteered to join the Army and go to Vietnam. Upon being discharged, Neil chose to complete his degree at the University of Texas because he believed Texas to be a fantastic place to build his home and raise a family. He also spent some time in Louisiana before returning back to Houston so he could enjoy spending more time with his children and grandchildren.

Neil’s energy, friendliness, professionalism and strong business background make him an excellent Realtor®. He is also a problem solver who pays great attention to detail and is very dedicated to customer service. He feels that Houston is a wonderful place to practice real estate due to its robust housing market, boundless energy and stable job market. It is a great time to be living in Houston.

In addition to his designation as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Neil Caldwell is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), has his Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource Certification (SFR), obtained the BPOR Certification, and recently became a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Such professional designations demonstrate Neil’s dedication to further develop his skills in order to better serve his clients.
