This school is disgusting and thrasy. My child was frequently bullied, she told the teachers and they did nothing. I am absolutely appalled at the way this school is running. Is this really how we will raise the next generation. On bullying and verbal abuse. This is not right and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one in my bloodline ever attends this living hell. There were also bugs

My kindergarten student came home teaching me about "bucket-fillers" and "bucket-dippers". I love that they start teaching the kids early to build each other up rather than tear each other down.

Very pleased with my child's experience at this school. She performs above grade-level in reading and math. I know that she's in a safe environment where the teachers actually care about students, which gives me a great sense of peace.

We haven't had any issues at all.

My child likes a quiet learning environment and the teacher lets him wear head phones that block distracting sounds. It's really nice of her to allow him to wear them. He's an A student, so it's working.

They are really friendly and sweet to the kids but they also manage behavior issues well. They a small enough class to accommodate individual learning.

We get homework a few times a week, but it's manageable. No issues.

Our son attended Kelly Springs for kindergarten and 1st grade and loved it. It provided him a great foundation in reading and math and we couldn't have been happier. The teachers he had both years were awesome! (Ms. Forehand & Ms. Breedlove) I would highly recommend this school. It's a safe, good elementary school in the Dothan area.

We have absolutely loved Kelly Springs! Mrs. Forehand is a FANTASTIC teacher! My child has ADHD and is quite a challenge but she has done wonders with him. The PTO is super active and works really hard to help the teachers and students. They have a lot of fun activities that even the magnet schools do not have. We are very pleased with KSE!

The teachers at this school treat the children as If they were their own kids. It is such a loving and caring environment to be in and the children in the school are very behaved aswell as THe staff. My daughter had went to this school from K-6 and graduated last year.

Had a very rough year at this school. Problems with classroom communication about homework, test schedules, classroom expectations, etc. We had a meeting with the principal which resulted in a lot of talk and very little action. Our child was harassed continuously by other students and very little was done to stop it. Several students in the classroom had been sent to PASS Academy but kept returning with the same behaviors that continued to be represented throughout the school year. It was pretty clear that several discipline problems were lumped together into one classroom.

Love, love, love this school!!!! Teachers and staff are amazing!! They go way beyond what is required of them to help the students and to be there for them...and Mrs. Gregory is the best teacher I've EVER met! This school may be relatively small, but it is the BEST school my child has ever attended.

It's a smaller school which needs a lot of appreciation for the good works the teachers are doing on their own to improve the education there.
