My Experience was great loved the School and staff . Everyone was nice for the most part . Some students from outta state are stuck up and snarky but overall its a great school. I liked the ATC courses and how everything isnt about testing or just going to college they try to show you other options are Available . My brother Put three years of electrician's courses and now works at Toyota making 130k a year As a project engineer. He was class of 2017 im class of 2023.

Okay so I personally think this school is cool and it taught me a lot when it comes to who to trust and that differences dont matter but the teachers kinda need to switch up with there subjects and the whole not letting middle school to the high school is understandable but unfair and separating the 7th and 8th grade to where we only have 30 minutes of pe is not cool and I get it middle schoolers are more of the trouble makers but dont put all the punishment on us like that all at once were just teenagers and we will learn how to overcome our mistakes when were ready dont force us or we will make things worse

Dress codes are not enforced for some female students. Charging fees for classes and still have to buy own material. Nothing to show what's been done in class. PE is nonexistent.

New Hope, when it comes to community and kindness, can be considered a good school. Academics however, not that great. The majority of the stuff I have been taught this year is stuff that I was taught a few years back at a previous school, and I am taking AP classes. Some of the teachers don't even teach. They just hand out busy work and then talk to other staff members or watch a sports game on their computer. Some teachers are great at the beginning of the year, but seem to give up after Christmas. I expect this out of a student (even though it isn't right), but a teacher should stay motivated.
The majority of the teachers at the school seems lazy. The teachers, I feel like, are teaching the bare minimum of the curriculum that is required, and the principal of the elementary school is a massive procrastinator. The secretaries and such are incredibly kind and actually do their job, however, so a few points to New Hope for that.
Sports are often glorified. Yes, sports are a great way to teach about teamwork, but some people take it way too seriously. The Scholars' Bowl teams for both Middle and High School, the Marching and Concert Band, the High School Show Choir, etc., are usually cast in the shadows of the football or baseball teams. God forbid someone misses Little Johnny play football every Friday night, but no one cares to support the Concert Band twice a year, at least. Some teachers even talk about sports more than their actual subject. I've learned more about the many rules of basketball than I have about Ethos, Logos, and Pathos in my English class, this year.
Finally, we desperately need our teachers to teach more about the real world. It isn't absolutely crucial for a teacher to spend an entire class period talking about what a college professor looks for in his/her essays. Albeit important information, learning how to survive without the protective wing of Mother and Father Dearest, or moving to a different state, or paying taxes, or what to say in a job interview, is much more critical for the future of our nation.
New Hope isn't bad. It needs A LOT of work, but it isn't awful. However, if everyone going through school right now is the future of our world, this school needs to improve now. There are a lot of bright minds that cannot strive because of the strain of New Hope and its mediocre system.

I'm sorry but Newhope is in no way preparing us for the real world. We have like little to none electives(besides the required ones) My teacher currently doesn't even grade whether or not you got the right answer, just by if you did it. Which is ridiculous because I'm going to need to know this information to succeed in life.

I love this school so much. The teachers are always helping us with school and other things. I have learned a since of community being at this school. It teaches you that not everyone is perfect and that's okay as long as your at your best. We pull together in hard times and all help each other. I love this school! Its great to be an Indian!

New hope high school is a flat out joke. The teacher's are nothing but babysitter's.

I recently heard about a cool new curriculum that the schools will be changing to next year. The administrators have taken a look at the problems at this school and will be adding a remediation period to help students pass all of heir courses and graduate. So many of the students have no parental help at home so the teachers are picking up where the parent fall short. I expect this school to be a 4 or 5 rate by next year at this time.
