Terrible. The director is completely incompetent. This place has had so many citations and they never get any better. The state really should close this hazard.

Absolutely the worst daycare. My 5 month old was basically attacked by a well known biter. 2 bites to the face, multiple scratches to the face and a bite on the hand. All occurred in the same day. They did not self report or even tell me he had been bit more than once. They acted like it was no big deal and brushed it off.

I went to pick my child up for the first timE when I got there the teachers didn't have control over the kids. Kids where allowed to run to the front door area. I get to the car and my sons pull up was soaked to the point he had pee down his leg. I walked in an the placed smelled like cigarettes. my son also had dried blood on his hand where he was cut an had no incident or accident report. They didn't even clean the blood off. The worst place I have ever seen.

Sylvan Hills Learning Center is a great place to take your children. You are greeted at the front door and even when you leave at night you are greeted than too. They make it feel like home for the children and my kids always cried at the last center even when I was picking them up, now they are ready to go! Pre K class get your child ready for Kindergarten and they go in there knowing everything they need to know even how to add and subtract and READ!! Baby and toddler room are wonderful too, they are always singing and dance away. All the teachers are wonderful and they keep you informed on everything you need to know. If you need a home enviroment this is the place to go!!
