While this school may have some excellent teachers, its a less than ideal experience for both students and staff. Deans do not respect the zero tolerance policy they love to boast about. Multiple fights erupt every week, and instead of actual security breaking them up (they dont have any) deans and teachers are expected to step in and risk harm. On the topic of safety, at this school there is none. The principal has been assaulted by a student, and again, since theres no security said student almost got away. Another huge problem at this school is bullying, when a student is bullied or harassed the school often disregards the incident, giving repeat offenders a lunch detention at most. Aside from that the school is literally falling apart in some areas. Just ask to look at the basement and you will see what I mean. Please send your kids to a safer school!!

My kid was bullied so bad on a daily basis it was ridiculous! The teachers nor the principal addressed this issue and I pulled my kid out for the rest of the year. She was beat up by a boy no less and they didn't enforce their 'zero tolerance' policy that they so proudly boast about. She feared and I feared for her safety. I'm not sending my kid into a war zone everyday. No thanks.

The bullying and kids are completely out of control. the teachers are as immature as the kids and they talk about how it's a zero tolerance school but my daughter was beat up by an out of control boy who didn't even get suspended! That's NOT zero tolerance!! I won't subject my kid to more carefree and and toxic behavior at this school from the kids or staff. A blind eye is turned to a huge amount of unacceptable behavior. The only good thing I can say is that she had all her "homework" done in class and rarely had to bring it home which was good, but it did not make up for her emotional upsets on the daily from these kids and lack of support from this school.
