Sheri Hansen needs to go. She does not honor the special educational accommodations of my youth. She also doesn’t allow for mental health supports to help students . Students have been verbal about this concern and this teacher continues to remain there. This is unethical. Also, I’m a parent at this school but a fellow educator, Clark needs to go he does not have a valid teacher credential and the district allows for this to happen. Unbelievable!

My time at this school was horrible. Nothing but negative memories. I was even doing pretty bad grade wise even if I had always been a straight A student. Once I finally convinced my parents to transfer me out to Perris High School, I was back on track and made it into a great 4 year university. Stay away from this school if you don't want to deal with racism and an overall bad environment for a student of color who is not willing to give up her cultural identity.

I only had one truly good teacher while there, which was English teacher Ms. Hansen. Other than her, the other teachers were pretty bad.

I experienced plenty of racism while I was there on behalf of the students and even faculty. I was literally told to "go back to Mexico" by one of the students in front of a teacher and she did nothing.

The PRINCIPAL of this school at the time I was there literally called my dad to tell him I was dating a boy. It was honestly so strange of her to literally "snitch" on me.

My Children have Exceeded Above and Beyond in academics and Sports by attending Bridge. I definitely recommend this High School Above any other school in the surrounding area.

This is an amazing school. You can get your IGETC and your Associates degree, for free. There are no A.P. classes because the students are literally bused to the community college to take classes, that is better than A.P. The college program saves money and time.
The school uses an integrated program that is used for math and science. This program combines a little bit of the curriculum from each year of normal math and science, and combines them so there is a mix of curriculum each year. This is another reason why there are no A.P. classes.
The school has pretty good sports teams, even though they don't have as many as some high schools. The drama troupe is great and have won many awards.
Most of the students that graduate from this school get accepted into a good college.

Honestly this school has been the best opportunity I have taken. Sure dual tasking highschool and college was hard. The workload, now that I'm in a university is much less than NBECHS. But every student gets used to the workload and as peers we had to work as group, reminding ourselves of due dates, homework, and projects. Do realise that NBECHS is not for everyone, as what is expected as a student is different than other schools. The teachers actually teach a course they make, and are on top of things, should a student lag behind, there is so many things that can help: from tutoring to any free time teachers have. They are nice people and are willing to help if one asks. Apart from the details mentioned getting an IGETC is a great feeling, some in my class even graduated with associate degrees. In the end NBECHS was a good experience for me. Any student wanting to go here should try it. And parents don't force a kid if they don't want to sacrifice some aspects of a regular highschool. - A student

I suggest you do your own research and not rely on reviews. This is an important decision because it will either help you succeed or make your life miserable. Research the true cost of attending college. Wouldn't it be nice to get your general ed requirements while in high school? Not only saving money but TIME (unless you really like school).

some of the students here are completely strange .. In this small school students are encouraged to interact with plant life instead of each other .. For example Nicoleslaw and Jalapeño .. The story behind this is one day Nicoleslaw didn't have lunch but was instead served a jalapeño by the local cafeteria .. She never let go of that jalapeño ..

Best teachers in the state. Everyone is well qualified. Many of them are also college instructors, all of them care a lot about the students, the work they do, and the school itself.

Some teachers give a lot, some give none. Most students finish their work during the day. The school has a tutor room open until 4pm to assist students with their homework. Teachers make themselves available at lunch, before and after school. It is really the college classes that are time consuming but that is to be expected.

Excellent school with very high standards. Not all students (or parents for that matter) will find this school to their liking. The staff is extremely dedicated to the students, but it takes time, effort, and sacrifice on everyone's part to achieve success. My daughter will be graduating this year at 17 and entering college as a junior. It didn't come easy, but that's what makes it special and worth it.

This school is beyond the best schools out there. I have had a great experience so far at this school. I am a current sophomore and have already taken three college courses. The college classes aren't as hard as they might seem, and if you dedicate yourself to hard work, you can truly come ahead in life no matter what obstacle may come to you. This school has an amazing program and has had a positive reputation. Go Bridge!!!!!!
