One of the worst schools to send your kid . Teachers don’t care when kids get bullied or made fun of in class. The staff and principle are not helpful at all. Do not send your kid here . Temecula schools district overall suck!!

I am a former student of this school that is in 7th grade who used to go to this school and let me just say this school was okay. I felt dissatisfied with the kids at the school. And the higher the grade goes the more problematic people u meet. So when I first started I thought it was gonna be bad but turns out I ended up staying and made a friend. This school helps with autistic people and I heard they have two classes that help special-needs people and even helps with severe autism. However, I wouldn’t recommend the school to autistic people as it’s very stressful I think? because I used to see autistic people getting upset at the school and crying. But it is anyone’s choice if they want to go to the school:) the reason why I give this place 2 stars is because they do offer slushy‘s and snacks for dollars every other week and that is what I love about this school and school dances + the lunch options are SUPER yummy. You get lots of food to choose from. But the school is very hard especially if you don’t like fights. The kids are very disrespectful and I have even seen someone getting beat up at lunch and screaming. I would not recommend this school if you do not like fights, but if you want to be involved in drama, I would recommend the school for you. The classrooms have up to 30 kids and the teachers are more nicer than the troublemakers. They try to brighten your day and actually care about you. The worst grade of all is 8th grade. I do not recommend it. The school has up to 1000 kids and most of the people are dramatic. If you tell a teacher about it, they will just say they are just playing around or they are having fun. However they will only take it seriously if they are hurting u. This school also has security cameras, which is good. I ended up going to a new school for seventh grade and I love it now. 2 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend if you want to stay out of drama because only the girls are nice.

This school has some issues with fights for sure. It wasn't a rare sight to see a group of girls fighting and trying to claw each other's eyes out in the quad about once or twice a month. However, I would say that there's not that much to worry about because seeing these fights is still different from being involved in one. It depends heavily on the kind of characteristics/personality you have and what kind of people you attract to get into serious dramas like this. I spent three whole years here without any sort of drama or fight and overall had a great time. Most of the teachers are very caring, although a couple had a strict reputation, but nothing too serious. If you're willing to do your best and ask for help, you will do just fine. Joining clubs also made my time here memorable, because you get to know staff that's not just your teachers and form meaningful bonds.

My granddaughter goes to this school and she is being bullied terribly. It's one girl in particular along with her groupies. They call her names, laugh at her, tease her and talk about her loudly in front of her. The one girl tried to fight her once and another time she told a boy to go beat her up. This girl has been in trouble before and likes to fight other girls. The school has done absolutely nothing about it. In fact, they totally ignore it. It is a serious problem and the school needs to stand up and do something before someone else is seriously hurt. They say their mission is to "Provide a safe, nurturing place where students are valued and their well-being is priority." NOT TRUE!!!

I would rate this school 3/10. I am a student who attended here for my very first year of middle school. I am a straight-A student who loves to learn and work hard. Let me just say, Bella Vista put a really bad taste of middle school in my mouth. I will say, that this school was very good in teaching. The teachers are amazing, and did such a good job at teaching. But the kids were just out of control. On the bullying subject, it happened weekly. And it became normal for me to have to get away from the scene and read a book or something else to distract me. The fights I witnessed were really bad, that have resulted in lots of injuries. I am talking about blood, and broken bones, and bad wounds. There had to be AT LEAST 1 fight a week. It was usually the same kids over and over again which leads me to the point about no discipline. Us kids are in middle school now, and some of us are already teenagers now. Then maturity level of that school was so low and for kids who are 11-14 years old, they need to be taught discipline. Simply, all the staff would do is take the students up to the counselors office. The counselors wee no help at all, and simply tell you to stay away from each other and be nice. The only time staff would consider writing you a referral was if you directly and physically touch others. As a teenage girl, I have been involved in drama and I know that words can be just as hurtful as physical violence. When my friends and I have had drama, that resulted in broken friendships and lots of tears, the counselor's did not help us at all. Like I said, they told us to stay away from each other and e kind. As a girl, I know that we can be emotional and at this age in our lives, we need lots of support to get through the rough times of becoming a teenager. I was really disappointed to have barely any support, help, or guidance from staff members to help me get through it. Also, the kids had become so used to foul language and dirty jokes. I can't count how many times kids have flipped of staff, and cussed intensely at the staff members. Not only were the things that they said inappropriate, but hurtful. If you are a parent or student thinking of coming/sending your child to BVMS. Please read this and take it to heart to truly think if this is the best place to send your child. You know my opinion, and I meant every word of it.

My son is new to BVMS. His teachers have all been very nice and generate interest in learning on the part of my son. The office staff have been very professional, warm and welcoming.

My child attended BVMS 6th-8th grade, he earned high grades during each year and I was pleased with his academic achievement. His teacher's were competent and qualified to educate my child, who is an outstanding student. Even though the front office staff was always very pleasant, I was extremely annoyed with having to deal with the offensive, disgusting BV parents in the school parking lot. Everyday, parents lacking patience or intelligence, would pick up their children, and if anyone got in their way or caused a delay, those drivers would shout obscenities or get violent, at other parent motorist. If the parents' conduct serves to indicate how the students will behave, I would stay far away from BV MS.

I currently go to Bella Vista MS, I'm in 7th grade, and it is my first year here. they have made a very good first impression on me. They have provided me with very fabulous teachers and have given me a middle school to remember until I die. I have not been a big fan of school for my whole life but this school taught me how to love school. I thought Vail Ranch MS was the school of my dreams but now that I have experienced Bella Vista I truly, honestly would want to go back in to time and change the school of my dreams here. I used to not want to go to this school ever but now it is the place I want to be! So all of you people talking trash about Bella Vista Might want to chane your minds because this is the school where everyone will want to be and remember this iscoming from a student that has to go there everyday sick or not because I love my school and I am proud to say that ! <3 :)

Very disappointed with this school. If you have an option, don"t send your child here. The only reason this school even receives 2 stars from me is some of the teachers are wonderful. It's unfortunate that they work in a school with terrible leadership from a principal who forms grudges against particular individuals. My child has been treated so poorly here by students, a few teachers and the principal that I can"t wait until I am able to not send my child here.
