We love Xavier College Prep! By far, this is the best High School in the Coachella Valley. They teach while providing a safe environment and fostering respect for one another. Xavier offers many sports programs and extracurricular activities. The student population, I believe is a good size with approximately 550 students. Xavier is a great High School experience.

The teachers are very caring. The English department is especially strong. Families are valued. Administration is very open. Both the prior principle and the new principle are wonderful.

Where do we start? You pay for a supply & materials fee and then are asked to print out entire textbooks at home or buy them because they have no library. The entire school staff has their kids enrolled here. So politics are going on in sports and classrooms. The funny thing is every one of those staff kids is going to school for FREE and they are making the highest level sports teams, student leadership, and awards, and all while the paying students don't get any acknowledgment and end up quitting sports that they have played for years compared to those staff kids who just starting playing a sport in the summer. It seems backward, the kids paying should reap the benefits not the staff kids who get to go here for FREE! The bullying starts at the top and goes down to the staff kids again. Upper management does not handle any wrongdoing by the staff instead backs them. Don't dare have any questions concerning academics. Most of the staff don't hold teaching credentials. The culture here is unreal and unhealthy.

A+++++ This is the best school in Southern California.

The school prepares its students for a college education. There's a lot of homework, this is what to expect when they go to college.

The teachers are great. They give one on one time if a student is struggling.

There's a great sense of community from Freshman to Senior, they are all inclusive.

During Covid 19, they transitioned to online learning within the first week of shut down. I give them an absolute A+ for this.

I allowed my daughter to attend this school because she wanted to be with her friends. She will not be returning for the next semester. For a Christian school, there is no compassion, the amount of lying by the administration is disgusting, and there is no equality among the sexes.

There is a huge turn over every year.

The administration has turned the school into a living Hunger Games environment. They tell students to turn in other students that attend parties on the weekends. The administration targets numerous students. Its not a healthy environment.

My daughter missed numerous days of school due to medical issues and the teachers have her the work to complete, but were unable to guide her on what she missed. The teachers claim to have tutor time and yet NOT once were the teachers in their rooms when they said they would be.

The girls get away with everything!!! Its a very scary place for boys. Im thankful my daughter hasnt been targeted. Despite cell phone videos, students speaking out for support, and teachers supporting certain boys, the administration listens to girls and boys are humiliated and punished. Its very obvious the school is afraid of the womens rights to the point of damaging boys reputations.

I am a student going here, and it is my freshman year and I love it! Kids call me Africa Jack! It's a great school with awesome teachers! I'm not religious at all but this school is fantastic for me. Tons of kids you can choose as friends and great teachers! The only complaint is the lockers are so small but still hold everything. The school is amazing overall. I will be moving so I will not be attending here next year but I wish I could! Jack Danforth

Think twice before you enroll you child into this school. The education is so-so and all the bragging done on scholarships is over-rated. Many of the schools accepting Xavier students are small and/or Catholic. They require you to sign a full year contract so if you have to move or don't like the quality of education... your screwed. They will threaten to send you to collections or sue you for any outstanding balance. Just giving you a heads-up from a burned parent.
