West Valley High School is not a good school due to many factors such as: not letting students engage in physical activities during lunch break and before school, and not putting more money toward the basketball courts outside (it doesn't cost a lot of money for some nets). I can deep dive into this subject but I got assignments, so peace

Special ed staff needs more training in my opinion. I am currently not impressed with their special ed staff and looking for another educational alternative for my child. I don't feel good with my daughter at this school so looking for different location.

I am a senior at West Valley, and I have to say, the school is awesome. Many of the teachers are very helpful, there are a few bad eggs though, I will not go into specifics, but one gave me a D-(and an F on a test, which I have never once in my life received) and the other gave me an F, forcing me to re-take English, even though I was the only student in any of her classes to receive an A on all of her tests and get High advanced on the CST. Besides that, most of the counselors are willing to help, especially with a parent involved, the campus is safe and clean. The drama and arts departments are stunning! Mrs. Bailey is a tough person, but an excellent drama teacher/director.

Excellent teachers, as well good school environment.. I attend this school for 3 years and I personally love this school, my counselor took time to help me get the best classes I needed. Most of teachers took extra time to help me when I needed. And they well prepare me for college. I personally thank Mr Urquiza, Mr Downson, Mrs Rodriguez, Mrs Chaves, and Mrs Garcia for all there help and support.
