Nice new cleaning school teachers and staff are always nice and welcoming need more family involvement and more events an activities throughout the year. I feel my daughter is safe here.

I have three children currently attending. The administrative aspect is refreshingly organized, with strong communication. The setting for the school is beautiful, with hills and plenty of trees and beautiful outdoor space. The teachers obviously care about the kids.

I have seen the results of excellent teaching. Look at the scores from the State Testing that compares other schools. We rock in these areas even with the challenge of 2nd language students.

I can't say for every class but usually the student's that try to keep up with the work are way more successful. Sometimes it's just a matter of turning things in, asking for help when needed and making arrangements for weekend time to complete homework if the week is too busy. Communicate any problems with your child's teacher.

Teachers strive to look at test results, isolate areas for improvement, reteach and then re-evaluate a student's competency in the area of concern.

I can see the children smiling and being happy about their school. They have positive comments if you ask them about their teacher or their school. Vail has many challenges such as students struggling to learn English and yet they have to take the same tests as students in the other schools.

my daughter was here for a couple of months for kinder and i pulled her out of the school district because of this school! They forgot about her one day after school, which in my opinion thats losing my child even if it was for a "brief second", not okay! the staff is very rude, never smile, and are not patient with the children. My daughter had a lot of "bad days" here and now that I switched her to a private school she all of the sudden has great feedback from her new teacher. My daughter loves school and the staff at vail tried to portray her as hating it, i know my child better than anyone and I didn't ignore my gut feeling when it came to this school.

no enthusiasm or patience, it's an elementary school for cripes sake not a high school!

There is a lot of homework given out for a 5 year old but the worst part is they don't really give instruction on the work

They lie to the parents about things that happen there, My child informed me of a couple of incidents that happened that the teacher completely lied to me about and come to find out the bus driver told me what really happened!

My daughter goes here and all the teachers and staff do a Wonderful job maintaining a safe and friendly environment for the children. I am very impressed with the positive involvement from the teachers and staff at Vail. Especially Mrs. Layton. Great job crew!

We have been sending our children to Vail Ranch for 3 years now. They staff really does go above and beyond. Trude in the main office is such a wonderful ambassador to the families. She makes an effort to treat every one with respect and kindness. After several years bouncing from school to school, this has been the best. The special education program is top noch! Also they have an amazing garden where the kids learn about different plants, and get to try new veritables. I will be sad when we move next year and leave Pauba.

If you can get your child into another elementary school in Temecula do it! Our family did not have a good experience there. My daughter was there briefly for kinder before being transferred. From what I can tell it is a problem rooted deeply from the top down. Just go into the office at random times - no one ever smiles. It is a reflection of the attitudes of many of the people we encountered during our brief stay. We are now at another elementary nearby and we loooove it because they value relationships!
