As a legal guardian, I was deliberately excluded from my childs education without any court order. The school relied on false internal forms to grant others access and decision-making authority while refusing to recognize my lawful parental rights. Staff repeatedly dismissed my role as a parent, causing emotional distress to my child and harm to his education. This is a serious failure of legal compliance and accountability that should never occur in a public school.
