We had a very bad experience at LAMB. Our child was bullied and the administration didn't have a clue on how to follow Federal guidelines. The teachers are GREAT but the administration is lacking.

Rips down brown boys, places an X on their backs, labels and destroy self esteem.

Aweful, not truthful, not transparent. Promotes nepotism and hires anyone. Always looking for a quick fix and continues to apply a bandage for situations that are in need of surgery.

I dont think they know that there is a difference, because their are little to no help for any kids that has challenges.

Depends on the child. Every child isnt disciplined the same. If your labeled, you will be disciplined, right or wrong.

Just started to give homework to some 4th and 5th graders. Nothing challenging and way over do. Not prepared for Middle School.

Not impressed, not academically sound, some display biases towards brown boys. Classroom settings can be very disruptive, at times. Not equipping students to excel in middle school.

Aweful, depressing, disheartening and no trust in Public Charter Schools because of the lack of accountability.

I love LAMB and feel incredibly lucky that my children are learning in such a nurturing and stimulating environment. Their focus on social-emotional development is unparalleled. The community and culture are amazing. I often find myself teary at school events after seeing how creative and motivated the students are. My children are also thriving academically and truly love learning. While no longer necessarily a new school, LAMB continues to grow and get better each year. The administration is committed to continually improving and putting goals and ideas into action.

This school hits all the right notes, but everything depends on who is the teacher in your child's "community". There seems to be some inconsistency in teacher quality and adhering to Montessori methodology. Growing pains? Overall though it is a good place for my kid.

Fantastic teachers, supportive administration, and engaged parents make this a wonderful school. My children have thrived at LAMB, and my oldest was well prepared, both socially and academically, for middle school.

I can't say enough about this wonderful school. As a new parent in the Pre-school program, I have been amazed at the outpouring of support LAMB families provide to one another. It's early in the school year yet, however, in just a few weeks, we've met so many enthused and active parents, teachers who love what they do and a culture that is nurturing and ideal for learning. We're very lucky to be hear and look forward to a phenomenal year.
