As a graduated student from this school I believe that a 4/10 doesn’t do this school justice I graduated with my AA highest distinction and Cambridge diploma. One of your criteria is AP courses that it offers but that is unfairly balanced what about having a very wide selection of AICE courses well over 25. And aice can benefit just as much if not more then ap. Please fix your system that doesn’t account for IB (completely) or AICE I loved my time at heritage high school and am proud to have been a panther go big blue!

This school does not protect students from violent students. If you do a google search you can see bullying, fights and brawls that have been reported over the years.

2 of my sons attended Heritage HS
Both received great support from the staff
Including the guidance and administration
One son left to attend Rockledge HS to live with his mother and stepfather
The other continued on and a achieved honors
And actually loved his time at Heritage
All staff and admin and as well excelled in the
JROTC program
I couldn’t have asked for anything better
I would recommend this school highly !

Thank you very much !

The principal and resource officer are the biggest bullies in the school.

Horrible. Will not listen to reason and enjoy belittling students.

Teachers do not teach their students at this school.

My son is in the special needs class , His teacher mrs Hurt has done some amazing work for him and the rest of the students, my son has a very hard time with money and change , Heritage high school and the staff , exp Mrs hurt have done amazing with these children, she started a coffee shop on Friday mornings before school for teachers and parents to order coffee and much more , my son and another child , take the coffee and other stuff to teachers who order and my son has to collect and count the money. Last year he received a check from heritage high for 500$ , I called mts Hurt and she said that was the profit and my son and another child split it , I can honestly say when a school hires loving teachers who love and care about our children I say heritage high school is probably the best in the area , not to mention how wonderful the academics and so much more , my son has been made fun of most his life , but every school he has gone to in the Palm Bay Area has stepped up to the plate and take care of the children, I have to say that we have been blessed with some of the best special needs teachers in this county, I've been so lucky with the teacher and the love they have for their job , so I give heritage high a A top school not to mention how clean it is and how the hole staff with together;)

I absolutely love Heritage High. The teacher's and staff are great. The school keeps your child engaged and above state average. The students are given many opportunities to excel if they put in the effort.

This school deserves only a fraction of the one-star rating I gave it. If I was raising a robot, then maybe, I'd give Heritage High a higher rating. The school is more interested in teaching kids to follow their myriad of rules and the same rules and consequences don't apply to all students. Administrators and staff don't enforce the rules fairly or consistently which is very confusing and unjust for the students. This school is NOT for free thinkers. Kids that question things are punished. Is that really progressive? Is that really preparing your kids for good jobs?

I love Heritage. JROTC is a wonderful program, that offers many benefits and credits. The teachers and most administrators are very down to Earth. Heritage is the only High School in the entire country that offers the Advanced Enviromental Water Academy, which is an amazing feature. The Automotive program is incredible. Mr. Broud is an awesome teacher, and the shop is incredibly high quality with any machine or tool you could ask for. Students can also bring in their own cars whenever they want and work on them free of charge. Heritage is over-all a great school, and one that I'm happy to spend four years of my life in.
