I have attended this school from 6th grade until now, and I'm currently a senior. I would definitely recommend this school for anyone looking for a vibrant atmosphere full of culture and personality. iMater is in the center of Hialeah and most of its students are Hispanic, which can be felt in the atmosphere. There is a large variety of options for clubs and after school activities. Not to mention, one of the best things about this school is that there are many opportunities to take harder classes, from AP classes to dual enrollment in both Doral College and MDC. There is also a very homey environment.

Terrible school the assistant principals are very rude they literally only care about the money. Really bad experience in this school with my child. 0 star school, this is a C school

This school offers so many great opportunities for the students to prepare for future college and university careers. Curriculum is combined with a plethora of club and sports activities making for a well rounded education. There is great respect for the student and their families. Teachers and administrators are always available to answer any question that a family or student may have. The buildings are kept in a very neat and clean environment at all times. During these trying times iMater has never had any health issues whatsoever or had to close because of any contagion caused by the Covid virus.
