We have been very pleased with how our children have been taught here. They really care about the students, and have direct intervention when needed. Administration is top notch! It starts there and you can tell the teachers care. I love that it is a PBIS school. The positive behavior support is evident.

This school claims to be a PBIS school but meets no standards of PBIS. They do not have a standard behavior intervention program that all teachers use and what they do use is run by by a school secretary. Each teacher has there own intervention policy, nothing is school wide and they have no intervention commetee, all which are required by PBIS. This school lacks leadership and fails students by their lack of action. They are a poor example of what Brevard County has to offer for schools. As with all schools, some of the teachers are outstanding, some are terrible and some are there just to collect a paycheck. The issue is the lack of leadership and lack of systems they have in place and the fact. With over 70 schools in the district, u can find better.

There is no leadership at the school. They say they are a uniform school but dont enforce a uniform policy and have no dress code. So student where anything from short shorts and mini skirts to sweat pants.

The school does not provide teacher with state required paperwork in order to provide proper services to students even after being requested by the teachers.

My child has needed help all year and no matter who I talk to nobody does anything. They want her diagnosed and on pills to do anything. She is 5.

Very dissatisfied. I went here as a child and had a horrible experience. I live in the same region now as a mother and was hoping they have gotten better. Even with a newer principal itÂ’s the same mess.

It's been proven by the way they deal with my grandson

Many never listen to students issues, extremely quick to pass judgement

They tolerate bullying and tend to tell students that they bring it on themselves
Posted: April 4, 2019
They're not willing to listen to parents input when it comes to dealing with children with any type of disabilities

The worst school I've dealt with in Brevard County and I've had children and grandchildren in the school system here for over 30 years

There are 4 classrooms for children with learning differences. These teachers and their aides work very hard so these children will have a positive experience

The teachers at this school work really hard to help the students. Also the instructional assistants enjoy working with the students.

This school has some serious issues. The first thing that bothers me is that the security in this school is non-existent. Anyone can walk into the school as the gates are wide open with no one there to stop you. Second, the office staff is extremely rude. The lady that greets you at the front is condescending towards parents. Lastly, the teachers are not provided with adequate technology. The classroom is always a mess when I go in there. My son's teacher is a very sweet and loving teacher and I think she just needs some support around to her. This school does fundraiser after fundraiser yet I see no improvements in the classroom or supplies available. I am thankful to be transferring my child to another school since we bought a new home.
