With great concern and indignation at the treatment that students receive, I do not recommend it at all. As a mother, I can say that they only care about the reputation of the school without evaluating that the teachers and directors develop an empathetic environment of growth and learning, regardless of what this may affect adolescents.

One of the best schools in Doral. Very helpful and dedicated individuals from the main office to teachers. Parents are encouraged to assist by decorating during events and holidays. Great community of parents for the most part. The amount of work for students can be a lot but in my opinion it prepares them for the reality of college and work. Nothing in life is easy and Im happy my so knows that he has to work hard to achieve what he wants. Cant wait for my son to graduate with his IB diploma!

Horrible school. All they do is give kids homework without adequately teaching. Additionally, they provide inadequate parking services and then task cops to ticket parents just for pulling up in-front of the school to drop off their kids.

Mi hijo empezó en tercer grado en Downtown Doral Elementary cuando abrió la escuela, está ahora terminando 10mo grado y ha sido hasta ahora la mejor experiencia. Los maestros se toman su tiempo para que los alumnos aprendan. En ocasiones me han llamado personalmente para mantenerme al tanto del progreso de mi hijo.
El currículum es excelente, un buen ambiente para los muchachos y las instalaciones son nuevas y modernas.
Estoy muy contenta con la escuela.
La recomiendo 100%

I had big expectations about this school since came from the elementary and activities and parental involvement make it special. In the upper school it has not like that, if you value parental involvement this is not the school for you. Theres zero communication and you dont have any idea what are the clubs or activities that are going on so you can guide your child. The other big issue is the discipline. My child constantly complaint about not able to focus in class due to kids behaving bad and sabotaging class and since teachers cant control the class the whole class is punish. My honor kid has been affected by this and he feels how I fair this is. Hope school improve as they have good curriculum.

My kids really enjoy their school. They like the teachers , some are really strict but they know is good to be strict, I think that teach them responsibility and discipline for like.

The teachers at this school know the students well and push them to be the best thinkers they can be. They also offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) program which promotes global understanding and team work & collaboration among students.

Nosotros acabamos de entrar este año y hasta ahora mis hijos estan fascinados, venimos de un colegio publico y mucho mas grande, la diferencia se siente. La semana pasada fuimos al tour que ofrecen para los padres y quedamos enamorados de las instalaciones, sabemos que es nueva, esperamos la mantengan asi de limpia y bonita, el personal fue super amable y explicaron cada detalle y respondieron todos nuestras dudas. Nuestros hijos nos dicen que cuando necesitan algo van a la oficina y los ayudan siempre, uno de ellos se sintio mal y la enfermera fue fantastica y al llamarnos fue super amable y profesional.

It is not an advanced school. Do not consider foreign students who live outside the USA, to do academic exchange. They are not prepared for ONLINE classes, in case of a pandemic and they do not facilitate ONLINE TEST. It is a pity that a SCHOOL with such good possibilities is so behind in this important aspect.

Sin duda, una Institución Educativa que piensa en el crecimiento profesional de mis hijos, va de la mano de la filosofía educativa que cualquier padre busca para sus hijos, con gran crecimiento y siempre pensando en la excelencia y la evolución de los procesos para brindarle mejores herramientas a los estudiantes al momento de pensar en su carrera universitaria. Con un programa como pocos IB y materias honors que complementan un curriculum de alta exigencia en el estudiante. La Head Principal es un ejemplo increíble de profesionalismo, disciplina, trabajo duro y pasión por lo que hace, involucrada con la calidad humana de su personal y sus estudiantes. Desde mi optica es lo mejor que ofrece actualmente el Doral. Una exigencia y disciplina fuerte pero vale la pena los resultados. Lo recomiendo 100%

The school is one in few in Doral. The family atmosphere is not one you find in neighboring school. If you call the main office, they will get you an answer or appointment to whatever department you may need.
