I can not express how wonderful this school is! My Godson went to a public school. He was bullied daily, hated school, hated learning and just had the worst attitude since starting public school. One day he was beat up by 5 kids and we said enough id enough. That is when there was an opening for him at St.Pauls! Today, he is so happy! He loves going to school everyday! He absolutely love Mrs. Van Auken! He has done a 360! He has improved so much in reading and writing! We do not have too fight in the morning, in fact he is ready an hour before school starts! We have to fight it is not time to go yet! Lol. What a change! Thank to everyone! It is nice to pull up and not enter a chaotic school! It is peaceful from the moment you enter! Other schools should take notes!

It is the worst school where you can enroll your son or daughter, I enrolled my daughter in this school with a lot of sacrifice, thinking that it would be the best for her and it is the worst thing I could have done. BULLYING ABOUNDS AND THE PRINCIPAL IS BECOMING THE UNINTENDED! You ask for an appointment with the principal and try to make it as short as possible to skip and turn the page because they never do anything about it! My daughter is harassed in this school by her classmates, the science teacher She treats her students with preference and does not make the slightest effort to ensure that all her students understand all her classes. My daughter told her teacher that she did not understand a class and this teacher, instead of making an effort for the student to understand, made her go to the blackboard without first clarifying her doubts and telling her in front of everyone that her grade would be bad and her classmates made fun of her in the middle of the class and she did nothing... now my daughter doesn't want to go to school when she always She has been an exemplary girl with good grades. In addition to all this, my daughter tells me that the bathrooms are disgusting... sometimes they close them because she can't stand how dirty they are anymore and she prefers to hold off the urge to go to the bathroom until she gets home so she doesn't get an infection, I'll tell you They even charge for the way you walk, and they have a bad administration of resources. I feel cheated by this school. Everything is a very good facade behind the Catholic principles of the church. ENROLLING HER IN THIS SCHOOL WAS THE WORST DECISION

My kids go to this school and absolutely love it. The school has a very family-like feel. Love this school but unfortunately, they do not have any special needs programs implemented. So if your child has a learning disability they will not have any special accommodations for them.

I was originally excited about sending my child to this school next year and wrote a hopeful review based on the previous school year and it's atmosphere. Unfortunately, with volunteering for special events and visits during this school year I have noticed a much different school. The front office staff seems annoyed and anxious at many times. The teachers often look angry, visually sad or upset, and withdrawn. I see smiles, but this year I don't feel the joy and happiness around me. I will continue to assist if really needed, but I have concerns for what the school will be like next year. I want a place full of joy, happiness, and people who are genuinely pleased to see anyone...whether it be a child going into PreK as I have been considering or any adult. Even some of the parents have been very rude. I will pray for those who've had any unfortunate circumstances come across them as I have and to those who need to remember how blessed and appreciated they are by the ones who need them. God Bless.

I emailed and called to schedule a tour of the school. No one writes you back or calls. Very disappointing. Glad I didn't send my child to a school that doesn't care.

I think parents should keep in mind that when sending their children to this school they are sending them to a place where learning will take place and work will be done but nothing more. There are no extracurricular activities other than basket ball and band

I highly recommend this Catholic School to any parents. Our kids are safe and best quality of education is the priority here aside from good manners and values. It's a great opportunity that the kids molded in a spiritual christian way, they will value this through out their life. I just want to recommend to have advance courses/program for highschool credit . Teachers are great especially the new principal.

Basilica School of St. Paul is an excellent school, the teachers are caring and the kids are well- behaved.Mr. Davis, Math and Social Studies teacher is excellent. Ms. Landys is loving and friendly teacher. Student-teacher ratio is superb and has good religious practice that we can't get in public school. Students has a lot of oppurtunities to learn but I think my kid is not challenge on the level of teaching. He has less homework and activities to do after school.I am expecting for interschool participation of the student like Spelling Bee.I think the school need more funds that student will be benefited for more educational activities. It would be nice if we can get scholarship next school year so that we can see if there's changes in their curriculum. All the teachers seems trying their best to give best education to the student. I will recommend this school to my friends.

I had experienced three principles with the Basilica of St. Paul catholic school and I had noticed that the principle Miss Toro is the worst principle in terms of leadership, management, and decision making. Also, she indicated in one of the meetings that I had with her that she cannot ensure the safety of my son due to lack of her confidents and ability to manage or direct the school. Kids in her school bring knifes, as well as fight with each other, but she does not take any action to solve the problems. She acts as a dictator, and the staffs are afraid of her due to creating unhealthy environment. I do believe is the fault of the diocese in Orlando that they hired unqualified professional like (Miss Toro) to lead their schools. I am catholic and proud to be catholic. But, the diocese needs to shape their leadership style and start bringing qualified people to lead their catholic schools.
