This is our second year at CTK. Overall, I have been very impressed with how they navigate the modern educational and social landscape. Our family is not Catholic, and I had not considered Catholic education an option until circumstances led me to a tour of CTK.

Regardless of where you live, it is difficult to find a school that offers a high level of academic and social/emotional learning in a diverse setting. In Jacksonville, that seemed absolutely impossible until we stumbled across this school. I don't know how they manage to do that and achieve high marks on notoriously biased standardized tests, all while keeping tuition reasonable and bending over backward to make sure any family that wants to go to CTK can. While the academics are more challenging and aggressive than most of the schools we toured (and we have toured pretty much all of them), there is a good amount of support for differentiated learning. We have one disabled and one typical child- and they have both been served very well. They have been offered tools other schools (that charge more than 2x the tuition) have told us are out of reach due to "resources."

There are things I would change about the school. But you won't regret putting this scrappy, happy community of educators and families diverse in thought, race, religion, and affiliations on your "to tour" list.

This school is amazing. We moved here from another catholic school and there is no comparison. They are so focused on STREAM and my daughters have learned so many new and exciting strategies.

My son absolutely loves this school, as do I ! Since going to CTK from public school I have seen a wonderful change in him, he has grown to love school and more focused on his studies. The teacher's and principle are amazing. We couldn't be happier.

Christ the King is a great school because it offers rigorous academics, superb sports teams, teachers that truly care and above all a Catholic education that stresses the importance of living a Christ-centered life enhancing the students in mind, body and soul.

Christ the King Catholic School is an excellent community for children of all faith backgrounds. The children grow up nurtured both academically and spiritually. The staff and faculty are warm and welcoming, and the school grounds provide a sanctuary for your child's days. The children feel at home here and take great pride in their school- it's academic excellence, it's sports, it's faith community. Christ the King School is a beautiful piece of Arlington!

We absolutely love CTKS. We have 3 children attending there and they all attended since prek. The school is dedicated to help parents raise well rounded, well mannered and well educated children with a strong sense of faith. CTKS is continuously looking to improve and this year they have introduced IPADS to the students. All Middle School Students have an individual IPAD and all 4th and 5th graders use a classroom set. Our children also love the variety of activities in and around the school. After school, they participate in Lego Robotics, a competitive team, scouts, science club and sports. There are also activities like music, drama club, dance etc. The families are wonderful and I would consider this a community and not just a school. When you come in, the office staff not only knows all of my children, but they also know me by name, and I am not the exception. EVERYONE has one goal and that is to do what is best for the children. We love it and will be here until the end of 8th grade.

This school is very dedicated to the success of the students. The tenents of the Catholic faith are intertwined throughout the school day so that the children learn to truly live the faith in their daily activities.
