We loved our time at RCS! We attended three years then took a relocation closer to our home state but we miss Ruskin Christian immensely. Great leadership. Great atmosphere. Great for Jesus!

Our family has been truly blessed by our experience at Ruskin Christian School over the past four years. From the very beginning, we knew this was more than just a school—it’s a Christ-centered community that genuinely invests in the hearts and minds of its students.

The teachers and staff at Ruskin Christian go above and beyond to create an environment rooted in love, grace, and biblical truth. They not only teach with excellence but also lead by example, guiding our children in both academic achievement and spiritual growth. Every lesson, every prayer, and every chapel service is intentionally designed to point students toward Christ.

We’ve watched our children grow in knowledge, confidence, and most importantly, in faith. The school’s commitment to integrating biblical values into every subject and every activity has helped build a strong spiritual foundation that will last a lifetime.

The communication and partnership between the school and parents have been exceptional. We’ve always felt supported, heard, and part of a larger mission to raise up the next generation of Christ-followers.

After four wonderful years at Ruskin Christian School, we can honestly say it has shaped our child in all the right ways—spiritually, academically, and personally. We are so thankful for the lasting impact this school has had on our family, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their child will be known, loved, and challenged in all the best ways.

Some teacher give too much then others give ok but that averages to about like 3 hours so it’s bad

The elementary teachers are really good but the 7-12 teachers are good except one who is very mad all the time has favorites backstabs kids that she tell she love and prays for them, uses her rat of a kid to get information on kids and use it against the kids. But every other teacher is nice and teaches relatively good.

They basically pick and choose with what the want to be upset about. If you’re a teachers kid you’re definitely gonna get away with a lot. One of the teachers there with multiple children attending there let her daughters get away with a lot. But if it were any other student they would actually receive their punishment. Her daughters talked really bad about people and did things that a true Christian shouldn’t one of her daughters ended up being the chaplain of the school! So if you want to be privileged just tell your mommy to work there.

Before certain teachers at that school got there probably a 9 out of 10 but after definitely a 2 out of 10

They’re alright on this, some teachers give a boatload of it and sometimes the homework wasn’t even helpful to what we were actually learning some of it was just a waste of time.

I would’ve given a higher rating if I agreed that all of the teachers i have are effective. If you get on the bad side of a certain highschool teacher he will definitely show it, he loves to choose favorites and if you’re not one well, I simply wish you a lot of luck.

Most of the teachers did this same exact teacher that I had previously mentioned did not though. There was once a kid that used to attend RCS and he couldn’t focus much on his work and he did in fact have a learning differences. The rest of the teachers tried hard to help him as much as they could aside from one who was always very mean to him. This lady was so mean to him in classes and constantly felt like she needed to scream at the poor student even though this woman had a child in her own home that suffered from autism.
But back to the other teacher, he tried everything in his power to get this student kicked out. He always picked on him and gave him detentions constantly. He called him out in front of the class in multiple occasions and always had the need to embarrass him. This teacher in my opinion shouldn’t even be working there with eliciting this type of behavior but RCS tends to let these unacceptable treatments go unseen.

This was our first year there. We have 3 kids there and I was so impressed. The teachers and staff are compassionate, loving, great teachers. It feels like a family already. So glad we found this school.

My experience was horrible, leadership went as far to to say that my child had sensory issues, complaints everyday about my daughter just simply being a 2 year old. After spending all that money on supplies( which I never got back), tuition and enrollment. You think they would give my child more than 7 weeks to adapt.when I went to the doctor they said she had not sensory or learning issues. She was totally fine. They kicked her out with out warning which affected my job and college education. They could care less about being tactful about the withdrawal process. According to my pediatrician and other child care experts I’ve spoken to. I wouldn’t want my child in a school that approches children that are having difficulty to adapt anyways.

I have 4 children that have attended this schòol. 2 have graduated and are a positive influence to the community. 2 are still attending RCS and will graduate 2017. We would not send our children to any other school . The sacrafice that we made in sending them here is well worth the expense.

Great caring teachers and wonderful education program. My son loves to go to school; he is learning and growing both academically and spiritually.
