As a parent and member of the Weston community, I am deeply troubled by the serious concerns that have been raised regarding the treatment of a child with autism at this school. This location can NOT be trusted, they have declined to show video footage. The allegations are alarming and deserve immediate, transparent, and independent review.

No child should ever be placed in a situation that causes fear, isolation, or emotional distress. Children with disabilities deserve compassion, patience, and protection, not practices that could jeopardize their safety or well being. When serious questions arise, parents deserve timely answers, transparency, and access to the information needed to understand what happened.

Schools are entrusted with our most precious responsibility: our children. That trust depends on accountability, openness, and a commitment to treating every child with dignity and respect.

The Weston community cares deeply about its children. We expect schools to cooperate fully with families and the appropriate authorities so the facts can be established and any necessary action can be taken. Every child deserves to feel safe at school. #Weston #Broward #Autism #ChildAbuse #DCF

My name is Jennifer Mualin and I am the mother of Joy Mchatet who has been in the school since kindergarten and entering third grade. I am a motivational speaker in personal development and teach about customer service. The school staff is excellent. They do their best to support the kids to learn in a safe loving environment. They provide reinforcement as a method of teaching and never punish. They do accomodate a child to his or her unique learning style to bring out the child's potential and embrace his or her difference for maximum learnign and growth. Bullying is not tolerated and they communicate effectively with parents. They are a wonderful kind service oriented team reason why I recommend them. God bless the team for their good work.

My child has been attending Three Village Montessori since the beginning of this year. We have had the most wonderful experience so far! The school is run by a caring group of women from the director, assistant director, the teachers, the in-house cook who makes homemade meals for the children from scratch, the wonderful, sweet woman who thoroughly cleans every day and all the rest of the staff. We love the small classes, the Montessori curriculum that doesn't hold the children back but helps them learn in an effective, hand-on way, the cleanliness of the place, how the teachers have all been there for anywhere from 10-30 years... I could go on and on. My son was previously at another school in Weston and our experience consisted of him constantly being sick due to inconsistent cleaning policy, very large classes (21 other toddlers with him in a class made for a cesspool of germs), never getting comfortable because of the inconsistency and rotating door when it came to teachers. Thankfully, that is a thing of the past! Now that he is at Three Village Montessori, I've seen my child flourish cognitively with his vocabulary, learning so much in just amount of time and feeling comfortable in a safe, clean environment where he is truly cared about. He's happy at drop-off and he's happy at pickup. This school has been a blessing to my family and I'm so very thankful that we found them. Truly, this is a hidden gem for Weston families.

The Montessori method itself teaching children to be respectful of others, the environment, and themselves. Three Village Montessori builds children's self esteem and character amazingly!

This school realizes that all children develop at different rates. They are very accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to approach situations in different ways in order to help a child grow. Teachers work to a child's individual level so children with learning differences don't realize if they are behind because there is no need to keep up with the rest of the class. Children can celebrate their personal accomplishments throughout each year.

There is no homework given at this school, which I love! Let them learn what they need to at school and play or relax at home!

I would love it if this Montessori offered a full language immersion (Spanish or French or other) like Montessori institute of Broward and many of the public kindergartens in the area do! It would make them much more competitive. This is one of the reasons I did not choose this school despite its proximity to where live as well as it's montessori philosophy! :-(

We had a terrible experience at Three Village Montessori. My son no longer attends- we have since moved to a much better, safer place and he is more comfortable. I am a long-time teacher and product of Montessori method myself. I am also not a believer in "pulling" a child out of school and enrolling them in another mid-year, but we had no choice. To make a long story short, my son was being bullied and pushed to do things beyond his developmental level as a 2 1/2 year old (examples: be the youngest student in the room and expected to emote/react at the level of his "peers" who were 4 and 5, go to the potty standing so "the other children would not make fun of his spraying", eat without spilling, etc.). We were told nothing negative. When I finally inquired, I heard different stories from different faculty members. His progress report was good. I again questioned his teachers when he seemed more aggressive and upset at home and they said "we believe in trying to work problems out with the children before parents get involved". Dismissive and passive. We feel that our kids' educational experiences are equally distributed between home and school- I guess they felt differently.

This is my son 3rd year in Three Village Montessori, he is in 1st grade now. We have to say that this is a wonderful experience for him. He is going happy every day and is very motivated at class. When I pick up him, he goes happy and telling me everything he learned that day. Ms. Roxane and Ms. Kathy are amazing as teachers and as human. They teach students to like to learn and there is no TEST stress. The Principal is very involved and is a very experienced in Montessori approach. We are a very satisfied parents and the most important, our son is very satisfied with this school.

This school is a best kept secret of Weston moms. Our 6-year-old is in elementary program and we could not be happier with her achievements: her handwriting is neat, she adds and subtracts 3-digit numbers, recently she started learning multiplications, her favorite subject is science. And most importantly she takes pride in her work. Due to small size of the school, children get a lot one-on-one attention from teachers. We communicate with teaching staff and school director on daily basis. Ms. Aurora cooks fresh and healthy lunches every day; our daughter loves them and quite often says that she asked for extra. This school is true to Montessori teaching methods. And it is not another commercialized private school with spoiled brads for students. Btw, almost all children in this school are from Weston.

I have had 2 kids in this school, Ms. Peggy is the BEST! She is patient, hard-working, and also really encourages the kids to focus and improve. I can't say enough about this teacher. If you can get in her class, there is no need to look elsewhere. One of my children had a different teacher one year, and my child really was allowed to fall through the cracks . Not all teachers are equal.
