Terrible administration with zero communication skills and knowledge about education or handling students. If you have kids that require any type of accommodations, good luck. The interests of your kid will not be their top priority. Teachers are good.

Teachers are vicious and not well supervised. They seem to be able to do whatever the want. Speaking to a supervisor regarding their behavior is pointless. They all cover each ones bad behavior.

I don't know how this school receives 4 out of 5 stars. I used to go to this school, and it has gone downhill. I have contacted the assistant principal at the Pembroke Pines West Middle School Campus, and he doesn't reply to his emails, and you have to send them, a couple times for a reply. You literally have to say, I am going to contact the principal, for him to reply. He is also very busy, that he does not have time. I emailed and called. He is also very rude on the phone. He makes excuses for the teachers not performing well. I have never been talked to more disrespectfully in my life, from someone in academia. My views and opinions on what is in the best interest of my child was dismissed. The school wants students to stay with their teachers, even if the students are not doing well in the classes. We have all changed classes, but he doesn't allow you to. I have changed classes, and had better experiences, with more experienced teachers. I don't see the big deal. I don't understand the stubbornness.. The student is stuck with a teacher, once school starts. You cannot get another teacher. They don't want children to be in other classes. They defend their teachers with little regards to the best interest or well-being of the students or the concerns of the parents. I have to pull my child out of this school, all because of an issue with one teacher. If I could give a 0 star, I would. I would not recommend this school at all. This is my opinion, and it doesn't have to be yours.

This school is what I would rate as a 4 out of 5. It isn't a bad school it is fairly good. Very strict. I am now and 8th grader at this school and we have some awesome teachers but some teachers honestly spoil the school and the upbeat fun the students partake in. A few teacher pile on work like their class is the only class that every student has homework in (Rome wasn't built in a day). My first school was American Heritage but then I transferred here in second grade. I did have a hard time being accepted at first because I was different but in a few months I easily obtained many new friends. With some of the students (the "popular" ones) they believe they are better than you but they don't make fun of you. There is only that problem with a few people I know and it isn't serious put downs just playful name calling. I am a very fun and happy, outgoing person so I have many friends and many acquaintances. There are some drawbacks to the charter school but over all you can go in and out of the school and have a simply great time. -student

I love this school! It provides me with a variety of clubs and activities. It helps me build me knowledge and have a vast vocabulary. All the teachers are not mean at all! Instead, they are loving and they take care of us. The food is great and the school is tidy and clean!
