They treated my autistic child like a problem and lied about the benefits of the child find program. It was their way of gentle kicking us out because as a private institution, they do not have to cater to your childs disability. They lie about their teachers certifications, many teachers do not have their license to teach in the state of FL and they went as far as telling parents a second grade teacher had been teaching for 4 years when she was a hair stylist who only started college 2 years prior. Again this specific teacher showed no fl teaching license at the time of my child being in that class. Furthermore, they allowed my daughter to leave campus with a childs father who does not have custody of his own child. He, nor anyone in his family, were on my childs emergency contact list. The school did not ask him for our password, the school did not Id him, the school did not call me for permission. These are all steps in their own handbook for picking up a child from their school and they failed them all. If you care about your childs education and safety, send your kids elsewhere.

I cannot answer that question specifically because I have no apples to apples comparison.

The teachers have very little control of their students. Lack of structure.

I have seen mostly disrespect from the students. However there are some great students their who follow the rules. But again the teachers need to have more structure. The students don't get to their next class of event on time as a result of the teachers not being able to have their students in a straight line.

They are not effective because they don't speak to the staff about what they want specifically. They wait until they want and then will down-talk to the staff without actual communication.

I am not sure as my kid is not in that department.

I haven't heard of any problems with bullying but I have seen it from time to time.

Poor. The teachers have problems controlling the students and the authority in the school pecking order is a mess. Faculty needs to be more involved and responsible for their students actions. I hear constant yelling at students, students not listening to their teacher and kids wandering off without asking an authority figure. I had to take my child out of this school. Very disappointed with the lack of communication between the staff.

Excellent and nurturing teachers and staff all caring about the benefit of each child. Teaching for development of the individual young minds to be thinking problem solvers with morals and values that contribute to a positive and supportive community.
They develop children's confidence and academic excellence celebrating each child's accomplishments and continuous progress.
9 years in the school and have always enjoyed being part of this caring and welcoming community.

Beth Emet Elementary School (BEES) is one-of-a-kind... a real gem! The staff excels in every area... they are nurturing, bright, creative, engaging and challenging. We are so blessed to have our children at this incredible school where they are gaining a foundation of Jewish and human values and an outstanding education.

There is no better elementary school in South Florida. Not even close. This school should be what other schools aspire to be.

We have 3 children at TBE and they are thriving in every sense of the word. They love going to school everyday and have developed a love of learning. The only downside is that TBE doesn't have a middle/high school yet! Highly recommend.

My son started at Beth Emet Elementary School this year. He loves to go to school every morning. He learns so much and he does it in a creative way. The teachers are all very caring and have wonderful teaching skills.
