Do not send your child to this school. There is a serious safety/ bullying problem that they refuse to acknowledge, seeing as all their social media accounts have comments disabled. They refuse to take accountability for their issues and move to pretend everything is great. There have been several serious incidents that they have attempted to sweep under the rug from reports Ive seen. Please do not enroll your kid in this school. No matter how close, how convenient it is. These are crucial years in your childs development, do not them a disservice by enrolling them in this joke of an institution.

there is this girl that always bullies me and pushes me to the ground and I almost broke my ribs and the teachers just don't care and I will not recommend this school because this is a bad school to go to

From the time my 3rd grader started he has gotten into a lot of things I'm not proud of but assistant principal Mrs. Nova Marsh has had my kid best interest the entire time. Offering solutions and resources to better himself not just turning a blind eye to things. She is very understanding and as long as I can have her support my child I'm all for it. We need more people like her

Me gusta mucho la escuela y tengo la mejor opinión sobre los profesores y alumnos, estoy satisfecha en todo y en el seguimiento que le ofrecen a mi hijo, agradezco mucho la colaboración de los profesores con mi hijo, como no sabía de la existencia de la escuela me hubiera gustado mucho haber matriculado a mi hijo desde que llegamos al país, pero no creo que fue tarde para tener conocimiento de la escuela y estoy agradecida por avernos dado la oportunidad de estar en nuestra escuela, agradecida y bendiciones

Okay, so this school isn't the best, but it isn't the worst, but it sucks and I don't recommend enrolling your child there. Homework is fine it actually helps sometimes. The students character's are HORRIBLE, the kids are have zero respect for anyone at all! Sometimes students even disrespect there teachers! Most of the teachers are fine they are effective, but they don't really help with bullies or anything. They're just there to teach. Well, with learning differences, I'd say I don't have a say, because I haven't seen much of any kids with and "differences". Leadership is not good at all, kids are bad examples which causes most of them to be bad examples. The school doesn't help AT ALL with bullying. One time I was in class this kid was fat-shaming this girl and it was really rude, he was saying "You want food?". Kids are also bullying me too calling me ugly and other rude stuff. It disgusts me for how horrible these kids act. If I had children I would never enroll them in this school. And the food sucks.

They need to find a better a way to deal with bullies. My son was being bullied and he was reprimanded as well. Makes no sense.

My experience here has been very fair. The staff and not had compassion as the principal and teachers. It seems I am always reaching out to the principal because my kids safety is always in question and i am not a over protective parent but this school is always making me second guess. The principal is supper attentive with my concerns but unfortunately she can not do so much if the security do as they feel and kids that need behavior structure are always let go easily.

Well i can say that I had a horrible experience, my 5 year old got home crying that a teacher took her necklace a 5 year old being taken advantage by the people who are supposed to be helping the grow and learn, we went to school one teacher brought her over very rudely, she did't introduce herself or respected our concern for what had happen she was very rude came and said the child was lying and that she didn't take anything from the kid have in mind i didn't know who she was we didn't place a blame on anyone we went to speak to the principal and well that was no help the principal didn't do anything to help, we left very concern and disappointed that our kid has such a high risk of losing her property, and recently we had to buy more school supplies that the teacher asked for and we had already given, buy another pair of headphones because the previous supposedly are "lost" it just been a horrible experience i still don't understand how the school still has the same management its sad and i would never recommend anyone to sign up your child to this school. HORRIBLE STAFF ! IT'S SAD TAKING ADVANTAGE OF KIDS LIKE THAT! OH YEA AND THE HOMEWORK HORRIBLE THEY SEND PACKAGES HOME BUT DON'T REVIEW THE HOMEWORK THE KIDS DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY DID WRONG. Also meet another mother that her child had a similar experience he wore a necklace to school and it was also taken from him then again management turned the other cheek and didn't help at all. Horrible the school district should really evaluate all complains that parents report because this school is a nightmare for any child specially the youngest ones . JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

Terrible,faculty is rude,principal and assistant principal are no help i have no idea why they have the very few security..a very small handful of teachers care and do their best..pick up and drop off is miserable! I cannot wait to remove my child

all the people that have commented here think that they know about CPA when in reality they don't the teachers here work their buts off to try to teach us , the students are always having so much fun with the activities that there are like jean day AG day and the pep rally I have been in cocontpalm since 4 grade and now i am in 6th and I hope that I stay here until 8. Not all the teachers are nice though but if theyre mean that just shows that they want us to succeed. Also CPA has an awesome agriculture program. like all schools this school isn't perfect like In my opinion cpa should get better food like the food isn't horrible they just need more variety. In my personal opinion I love coconut palm I have met so many wonderful people. And we have free tutoring like I used to have some doubts about the FCAT but now after attending Saturday school im ready for the math and reading shout out to ms.levelle and ms.martinez (Saturday school teachers) . people commenting here are always focusing on the bad of coconut palm but they have to start having an open mind about the school cause I can think about the negative but I can only think about the positive this school over all is great...
