Terrible communication. There was multiple shooting/ bomb threats to the school and they did very minimal about it. The school never went on lockdown. The teachers weren't told about it nor were parents. Our parents heard about it from the students that found out of when the school called them LATE that evening. Kids here are terrible and nothing gets done about it. There are so many fights. More than half the teachers don’t seem to care about the students. Out of my 2 years being here, I’d say 4 out of my 12 teachers seemed to care about the students. Even when walking through the hallways, there aren’t many teachers caring about students.

Way too much yet they feel the need to complain if we don’t finish it. We have 6 other classes that most of us also get work for. Some of us play sports which takes up time , and other responsibilities at home.

No, half these teachers could care less.

My son went to Trinity in Jacksonville, wanting to move, I didn't want him going to a thug public school so we settled around Lake Asbury. The school demands more than Trinity according to my son, finds it a little more challenging here. He struggled a little but got the hang of it. Overall I think most teachers care however the 8th grade English teacher just goes through the motions, not really there to help whereas other teachers offer before school help each week. Staff has been great.

Second year my child attends this school. As a parent I find it very well organized, especially for amount of students attending. Band program is great and my child enjoyed it. Administration and Principal are excellent. Every time I go on campus it is clean, organized, teachers can be found easily and just all around great school. Could use more elective choices since size of student population is so large.
