We had a very poor experience with this preschool and feel compelled to share in hopes that other parents, especially those with children who have allergies or special needs, can make a more informed decision.
Our son has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, and we provided the school with a doctor-issued emergency protocol to ensure his safety. Despite our efforts, the school showed a troubling lack of coordination and understanding. There was ongoing confusion through multiple phone calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person conversations. It was clear that communication between staff members was disjointed.
One of the most upsetting incidents occurred when our son told us he was made to sit alone behind the kitchen during snack time, and when he asked why, a teacher reportedly told him, "because we don't want you to get sick." We had clearly expressed that we did not want him isolated & singled out during meals. This action was both unnecessary and emotionally harmful for a 4-year-old child.
When we brought this to the attention of the director, Ms. Pranita, she was completely unaware of the situation. She gave conflicting accounts - first claiming our son declined fruit, then backtracking and saying she wasn't present at the time and would speak to the teachers to clarify. We never received a follow-up, despite being promised one.
To make matters worse, when we went to collect our son's belongings and medications, the director and owner walked them out silently without a word of acknowledgment or apology. We found this to be incredibly unprofessional and cold, given the circumstances.
And lastly, despite all the above, we discovered that they were teaching our son to write his name incorrectly, because they had it misspelled on all materials.
This experience was deeply disappointing.
Our main priority has always been our child's safety and well-being, and we expected a basic level of competence and compassion from a preschool - especially when dealing with a serious medical condition. Unfortunately, we did not find that here.

Our daughter has been attending this school since summer camp 2022 (June 2022), she had just turned 3 years old. She has always enjoyed going to her school. She loves her teachers and they love and care of her as if she was their own. Our daughter is not only learning but she is confident in what she's learned. She tells us about her day and what shes learned. She can do basic addition and is currently interested in learning to read. Our son will be attending next school year due to the great experience we've had. We can't wait to see how much both our children will learn.

I was just enrolling my child in the school and completed the registration process . Met the owner who seemed very nice and friendly. We had a good start and I was pleased. But towards the end of our conversation when she asked if I had any questions I brought up a suggestion as to how their play area could be little shaded/covered so the kids can play under some shade. Suddenly the person who I was talking to the last 10 mins vanished , lol ..the owner literally snapped back and firmly said "This is how I have all my schools" and she walked away immediately. I felt this was very rude and unprofessional. After all this is Florida and we all want the best for our kids. Its important for the kids to have outside play time and here they do let the kids go twice outside and its hot almost all through the year. I know many schools raise funds and actively look for ways to cover the play area , so I dont see anything wrong in what I asked . I really hope this was just some one time and the staff there does'nt communicate like this . I want my child to speak their mind without being afraid. I hope everything turns out better.

My son has been going here for the past 2 years and I'm constantly surprised by how far along he is socially, with math/reading, and his understanding of fundamental music concepts when I compare him to other children his age. The staff is always friendly and there is a general love that shines through that I really appreciate. The school is very safe and is significantly cleaner than the last school we had him attend. I highly recommend this school.

I am relocating to Valrico and I went to the school unannounced for a tour. I was welcomed by the Director but she refused to walk me through the building. I told her I was only here for the day and had not planned to return to Valrico till my move. She was very firm and refused. Beady eyes constantly glanced my way by staff who were shuffling children around. Staff appeared to be irritated and they seemed guilty of some kind of wrong doing and I left feeling very uneasy. I went next door to another preschool who had no problem walking me around. It had a very bright, cheerful atmosphere with lots of happy staff and children. Needless to say, I enrolled my child there. It's your loss Montessori !

The owner rude? Never smiles? Try the exact opposite. She is hilarious, warm and loving. Her school(s) is awesome and kids are safe there. She does not keep bully kids, she doesn't have too. I can understand if a child does not thrive in the Montessori setting, it isn't for everybody, but I have been at the school over the span of eleven years and they are all sweet and want the best for the children. Some people should look in the mirror before they go attacking someones character online.

Both of my children have attended BMS since 3 years old. Both were reading by 4 and on a 1st grade level by 5 yrs old. The Teachers are wonderful, the staff is warm and receptive. Ms Rohini, the owner is dedicated to the children and their learning. I have been very impressed with the quality of the school and see great results with the Montessori method.

Its supposed to be a Montessori school, but it really isn't.. It's like a military school for my 3 year old. They shuffle kids around, and the same with the staff. The owner is on the rude side. She never smiles and just bosses the staff around. Chill out woman! After 9 months, I moved my child across the street to a Learning Academy and she has really excelled and blossomed.
