Absolutely terrible, terrible school. We have actually decided to homeschool our child just because of the experience at Mill Creek. The administration does NOT care about the children, there are teachers who are just as hateful towards smaller kids as well as parents and other staff. The curriculum is horrid at best, the safety and wellbeing are scoffed at when brought up. It's just Terrible. Would NEVER recommend. If you're zoned for Mill Creek RUN.

My kids have had experience in several different school settings and I currently have 3 kids attending Mill Creek Elementary. We have had a wonderful experience here. The staff and teachers have always been very helpful and welcoming. The teachers are hard-working and manage to help my kids with their shortcomings and challenge them when necessary. The discipline program focuses on helping the kids to make good choices regarding their behavior and extra effort is recognized. The school environment is positive. Extra-curricular activities in 4th and/or 5th grade include Art Club, Book Club, Safety Patrol, 4H, and Choir. Communication between teacher and parent is good in my experience. Any concerns I have had have been sufficiently addressed by either the teachers or staff. My kids really enjoy going to school (usually!). In my opinion, you won't find a better public school in Bulloch County.
