If you have to be in this area, it is the best option. They hand out Demerits like candy so it loses its meaning and fear. They put them on Chromebook's a lot. Band teacher and some others have no clue how to work with neurodivergent kids. There needs to be more training for educators who have them in their class. Like I said, if you have to live anywhere near Statesboro or South Georgia, it is the best option.

It is a great school with amazing teachers. I have had a great experience and still am.

The measurement of the school is based on the skills imparted to the students in their journey to success. It is the same measurement I use for parenting. I will not know on the success of the school until the grands achieve their positions in life. So far, so good. BUT the key is the development of skills. The jury is not in yet!

My daughter just started SEB High this year (our family just moved here). I can honestly say that the transition was very easy. The staff invited us in for a shadow day, walked us around the campus and introduced our daughter to some other students with same likes. They have a very diverse choice of activities, my daughter participates in volleyball and ffa. The music and arts programs seem to be very active in the school as well. The amount of programs and activities they have for a small community really impress me. I use parent portal and am updated with grades and other classroom information almost daily. Very happy with our move.

If the second review below graduated from this school and is indicative of its teaching abilities...well shame!. (asistent? principal?). Also, what's with the bullying? Being welcomed is not the objective of a school. It is the production of educated children who will be able to compete on a global scale. ..AND, not EVERYONE should get an award.
