I was very disappointed in this school. I mistakenly assumed that on-post schools were held to a higher standard but my 3 children have been enrolled at McBride for 2 years & have not advanced at all. There is little organization & very little progress in the classrooms. They are falling severely behind their national peers. Some weeks my children will bring folders home to sign, most weeks the teacher forgets or doesn't have time. Spelling test are no longer given weekly, if at all. Projects are poorly explained & sporadically planned. After doing some research, I was shocked at how low this school scores on the TerraNova. The housing in McGraw is nice but if you can get into another area & avoid McGraw, your child will benefit greatly.

This school has a tough curriculum and great teachers. I am hoping my kids can still attend after we move.
