This is my daughter first year at Horizon. So, far we experience friendliness, helpful anf supportive to the parents.

Tonight was wonderful being able to see her classroom how it is set up and their expectations. How I can be helpful for my daughter in second grade. Teachers are amazing and got to know them more better tonight.

I was recommended Horizon my husband and I was very happy Layla got accepted.

Ive had a great experience so far at HSA Belmont. My son has been here since Kidergarten. He knows the building and staff well. I feel confident when I send my son off to school each day. I know that he is getting the best education possible and that he is safe. I couldnt ask for a better school experience for him.

This school has such a wonderful community and environment. I truly trust the teachers, as they are doing an excellent job. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to build a strong foundation while keeping learning fun and engaging. I am confident my son will thrive in kindergarten here

The first grade open house was a fantastic event. The teachers provided a warm welcome, and the classrooms were thoughtfully organized to highlight student learning. It was evident that great care and planning go into creating an engaging and supportive environment for the children. Families left feeling confident and excited for a successful school year ahead.

This school started out very well. Unfortunately, the past few years have changed for the worse! Most of the BEST teachers left, fighting is prevalent, a lot of nepotism is occurring, the scores are barely reaching state levels, parent's issues are swept under the rug, the population has almost doubled, and they seem to only care about money! Don't send your children there. The S.T.E.M. program they promised is out the door. Most of Horizon's students don't even know what the acronym stands for. Chicago's school system needs a complete reform. I wish the NOBLE CHARTER would open an elementary branch. Please do your background and research on this and other schools.

The best part about working at Horizon Science Academy Belmont, is being part of the solution. I get to make a difference in a childs life everyday. We see generations of families walk through our front door trusting us with their kids. The worst part is not being able to help out as much as you would want to.

My daughter has been apart of Horizan Academy family since Kindergarten now currently going to 5th grade. Horizon had helped my daughter build character and Confidence in who she is, the Teachers not only teach but build a relationship with the family she is always excited to attend school.

Horizon has been a great school that prides its self on inclusiveness. Making sure that all students are included regardless of ability, cultural, or academic standing. Students have many extra curricular opportunities. There are also ample opportunities for family involvement. Teachers there seem to enjoy teaching and enjoy putting time into the students. We love HSA Belmont!

HSA Belmont offers an enriched curriculum across the board of all subjects. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. In addition, students are exposed to Spanish, Art, Music, Coding, Physical Fitness, & more.

I absolutely love HSA-Belmont! I feel like the staff and administration go above and beyond for each student. Not only does the staff and administration go above and beyond for each student, they do a great job with addressing issues before or potentially become bigger issues in the future. My daughter is excited for 1st grade this school year and is eager to meet her classmates and teacher.

I love the community its very welcoming I love the school and the playground how its also open to the kids after school I love how the entire set up is and there are different entrance to the school meaning if there are any safe hazards there are multiple ways for the students to exit the building I also jus love how welcoming the staff is when I come to the school they are always inviting always asking if I want water or if I need to use the bathroom I can the classrooms are big the gym is big cafeteria is also big its jus a huge school they teach all different types of self awareness classes sex education for the youth they have different arts and language classes ela classes I love this charter school and couldnt have picked a better one for my kids to go to its their second home where the teachers treat mines as if they where theirs i appreciate all that theyve done for my kids

Not good they tried to keep my son back two years in a row, he was struggling with one class!! Math! No summer school I took him out he's grades are much better
