This school is like a warm hug of learning. The students are happy, the teachers are engaging and knowledgeable, the principal is thoughtful, and there are a variety of programs offered for working parents. We are very grateful to have our kids at such a wonderful place. The facilities need updating, but the staff, students, and community speak for themselves. When families choose Deerfield, they move for the schools, and it shows.

Our family will have spent three years at Wilmot by the end of this school year, as we moved into the school boundaries midway through elementary school. Our oldest child attended Wilmot for one year and was extremely well-prepared for middle school. Our youngest is in his third year at Wilmot and we could not be more pleased with his academics, the social-emotional lessons he receives, and the GT programming Wilmot provides. It's not easy coming to a new school midway through elementary but Wilmot is truly like a school family.
