Overall, it's been great. My daughter is socially active and her teachers try their best to keep her at the same skill level as her peers. Her learning disabilities are not being fully met, IMO, even with the IEP she has. But if your child has no educational issues, it is a very great school.

Although they gave way too much homework for my daughter's Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade years, they have cut back for 3rd grade and it is much more manageable.

They do their best considering they have to teach the ineffective common core program. I don't blame them for their restrictions!

They do not actually find the cause of the learning different and teach them the tools to overcome it. They just water down the main class curriculum and help them limp along to the next grade. Have had to provide my child with outside tutors to teach them the actual skills this school should be teaching their special ed kids with.

My daughter attended kindergarten and now 1st grade at Indian Grove Elementary School. She has had two very capable teachers. When we have had any issues the school has been responsive. There is a very high level of parent involvement as well.

My kids are always excited to go to school and always excited to show their school work. They are in pre-k and I'm just amazed of their school work/ arts project that they are showing me in such a young age. Thank you to their amazing teachers and staff supports.
