This is the worst school I have dealt with. Staff dont care about kids safety or education. They target kids. When you try to speak to principal about staff mistreating kids its literally a joke denying that her staff would speak or act that way.

Worst middle school I've ever dealt with. I am trying so hard to not have my son go there the next 2 years and I sure won't be letting my younger kids go there. My oldest barely made it out and I see why. The staff ( not all ) don't seem to care. Some of these teachers cannot control their classroom and this has been observed by students, parents, and outside visitors that come in to help certain students.

Coming from Tennessee to Wichita we were very scared with the ratings of this school. However, this school has been amazing to our son and he loves it. The teachers are all wonderful and truly love their students.

I used to live near this school and there were constant fights breaking out int he neighborhood. Kids were not educated on road safety when walking home, we would come home from my school and kids would be walking in the roads not looking for cars or anything.

Ever since Mr. Davis became the Principal, I myself can agree that the condition of the school has substantially increased. An actual fact, but state assessment scores proved much better as opposed to prior years. Truesdell Middle School itself employs teachers of complete distinctions(They're diverse). The majority of teachers themselves are friendly, proficient in educating, and it'll be rare for them not to just chat with students about personal life. I am also an advocate of their willingness to assist students who are struggling with academics, through avant-garde means. Furthermore, I am a big fan of Truesdell's recent "Careers Fair", and they really want students to prepare for the future. The students were fantastic in their displays, and they were all dressed up fancy! Several extra curricular activities(Such as Team America Rocketry Challenge, the Dell Graphia, and the Soccer Team) have been developed, and the surprising thing is that Truesdell is what I dare say one of the few schools to implement ideas like this. You add more ways to get student involvement in the school, and I guarantee you this will make life easier for us parents, students, and faculty.
