My kids love this school and all of the faculty and staff. They elementary staff is amazing and have worked with each kid on their individual academic needs to make sure they are successful. There are so many opportunities for the students attending here to learn and fun nights with families.

the administration continues to act as if they are above the law. bulling is tolerated and ignored. the school lacks a budget for little more than the basics. field trips are rare due to cost of fuel. electives are little to none as they don't have the money. you can do very well if in sports as they help those students. my son turned in late work that was required in order to get the grade to participate in a sport that weekend and when I asked him what the teacher graded the paper my son said the teacher looked at it on the spot and did not read it and gave him 100% so he could participate. we have left the district and are glad for it.

My child recently went thru a very traumatic event. When school began I had anticipated some difficulties however the staff and administration's complete lack of understanding for her situation has been appalling. They claim to have tons of anti-bullying experience but when a child is bullied right in front of them they fail to pickup on the clues and tend to discipline the child being bullied not the child doing the bullying. The principal is on a power trip and makes negative antagonistic and derogatory comments thinking that no one would dare stand up to him. When someone does stand up to him, he bans them from the school. The special ed program is being utilized as a disciplinary program and many children who actually need special ed are being forced to seek other very expensive resources.

Great school, great teachers, great students. My son is having a great school experience. I went through a different school system and my husband and I decided that we were not going to expose our son to that environment. Best decision we made. He had made wonderful friends.
