I honestly didn't want to review this "school" because there is no option to give zero stars and honestly I don't think it deserves that. The main reason it is bad is because of the principal, she is new and is, to say the least, a terrible leader, I'm not sure what school she went to, but it definitely isn't accredited. She is just awful in every way. I try to find something good about everyone, but so can't think of a single good thing about her. Ok school, pretty good teachers, terrible principal.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences at all the Maize schools. MSH has been amazing for my kids. I really like the 4 class
schedule for high school and the variety of options offered for the students. The career academy is available to all high school students in the district, regardless of which high school they attend.

Extremely poor. If I didn’t have the opportunity to transfer to MHS, I would have never made it through high school.

Extremely poor teachers outside of the science/social sciences departments.

Encourages rich elitism among wealthy students. I experienced very little respect from students and staff.

See notes under bullying. Cort Haynes does not do what is good for students.

Complete lack of regard for neurodiversity and routinely deprives students of their IDEA rights.

I was ostracized by essentially the entire school. The administration refused to do anything about it. My attendance fell, understandably. I fell into a depression, and the Creep who is the current principal and was the assistant when I was there gave me 12 hours detention for bad attendance instead of looking for a cause as to why I didn’t want to attend class.

My school is MSHS and i am a freshman there this year. I went to MSES and MSMS. You can not find another school as great as these schools! There are a lot of extra activities! The high school already feels like family and I cannot wait to see what the years to come bring me.
